Anyone with a permanent physical disability who are unable to play running rugby. 


Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby (GBWR) Eligibility Criteria for Wheelchair Rugby 5’s 

“An individual must have a permanent physical disability which reduces the function of the lower limbs or upper limbs to a degree where they cannot run, pivot, throw, catch or jump at the speed and with the control, safety, stability and endurance required to play running able body rugby.”

How to Play Wheelchair Rugby 5’s?

 

Mixed sex sport with male & female adults competing alongside each other.

 

Open to anyone with a permanent physical disability, please get in touch to ensure we have a chair available for you.

It’s very simple to play wheelchair rugby in the north east.
